UPDATED: Watch both teaser trailers for Zack Snyder and Christopher Nolan’s Man of Steel
UPDATE: Kevin Costner one is above. Russell Crowe below.
Back at Comic-Con, Warner Bros. showed off an extended trailer that showed the world how this new Superman would interact. How he moved, how he crashed into buildings and things like that.
That was a Comic-Con exclusive though. So Warner Bros. has attached two different teasers to non-IMAX screenings of The Dark Knight Rises. They’re visually identical, but the difference is that each has a different voice over. One has Pa Kent’s voice (Kevin Costner) while the other has Jor-El (Russell Crowe).
It’s interesting to get a Snyder trailer that isn’t set to some old time song with a bunch of slo-motion action, but I suspect that’s Christopher Nolan’s influence. They want to introduce this new realistic Superman. A Superman that seems to be a God who can change the world. I’m definitely in, although it’s kinda funny that Clark Kent joins the crew of the Deadliest Catch for a bit.
