The Avengers Blu Ray/DVD mega set is coming, so we’re seeing a lot of deleted scenes trickle out onto them Interwebz. The latest is an alternate opening where Cobie Smulder’s Maria Hill is remembering the events of the film.

Thing is… it’s kind of bland. The current opening is much better and all this does is set you up to think the worst. I also kind of don’t like that it turns Maria Hill into a huge asshole compared to what was shown in the film… but whatevs – there’s a reason they didn’t use it. [via ComingSoon]
