People often love to hate 3D, and it’s not hard when Hollywood is making everything in 3D. But it’s too easy to forget that 3D can be an amazing experience when it’s done right. Avatar got it right. And by all accounts, it looks like Martin Scorsese’s Hugo got it right too.

The Hollywood Reporter sat down with James Cameron and Scorsese and talked about 3D. Both are very excited and mesh together well. I only wish this was longer. You can feel their excitement oozing out of the video. Two masters of their craft together. [THR via Ain't It Cool]
