Taken was a surprise hit. It established Liam Neeson as one of the biggest bad asses in Hollywood. I mean, the dude took on wolves.
And now he’s returned in the trailer for Taken 2. It’s definitely more of the same. I mean, really – he’s going to take his family to Istanbul? This time it looks like the Most Interesting Man in the World gets pissed at him because he killed his son so he takes his wife and daughter.
But hey, at least we get Neeson using his particular set of skills over again. And it looks like he’ll be putting them to good use. I especially like the little phone conversation in the trailer, nice little rif on the original’s.
