Most of the time it’s hard for child actors to transition into adult or mature roles. Remember Dakota Fanning? Yeah. Or that kid from the Sixth Sense? Ooh, remember little Anakin Skywalker from the Star Wars prequels? Yeah, he’s probably working at McDonald’s.

Chloe Moretz though? She’s only 15 and she’s done films like Let Me In and Kick Ass. Now she’s transitioning into a more mature role. Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on in this trailer. It’s kind of a mess. But hey, all I know is that Moretz is in some huge trouble. Blake Lively is in this movie too.

This movie isn’t about anything else though. It’s all about Moretz testing her acting skills and taking a step up to the next level. She just needs to keep it up and one day she’ll be a big star like Jennifer Lawrence. Well, unless she just goes off the rails. But I think she’s too smart for that. [Yahoo Movies]
