Cesar Kuriyama saved up enough money in his late 20s so he could take a year off when he was 30. He took the time to do important things he never had time for. Then, he decided to film 1 second of his day – everyday – for the entire year for his 1 Second Every Day project.
He then compiled it into a short film and showed it off at his TED talk on March 2, 2012. He plans to keep the project going until he’s 80 years old, which he estimates will net him a video summary of the last 50 years of his life that’s five hours. If this sounds like an interesting idea to any of you, Kuriyama hopes to have you covered. He’s working on making a 1 Second Every Day mobile app. [TED Blog via Laughing Squid]
