The busiest actress in Hollywood finally refused a project. Jessica Chastain had to turn down Iron Man 3 because she couldn’t fit it into her packed schedule.

Enter Rebecca Hall, who has done some good work in Vicky Christina Barcelona and The Town. She’s in last minute talks to step into the role of a scientist who plays a role in the creation of some nanotechnology and also knows Tony Stark from college. Comic book fans will know this character as Maya Hansen.

The film starts filming soon in North Carolina, so they don’t have a lot of time to get this done but  she’s a good choice. It would certainly be Hall’s breakout role as she hasn’t been in anything bigger. And come on, Iron Man 3 will make close to $100 million opening weekend, especially after the success of The Avengers.
