Anchorman 2 was only announced a month ago. They don’t have a script and principal photography (read: shooting) begins in February, but there’s a teaser trailer in front of The Dictator.
Anchorman 2 director and writer Adam McKay tweeted this earlier today.
See the Dictator (I worked on it and it’s crazy funny), in addition to Campaign trailer with Zach and Will there’s another treat before it.

Collider has a source that confirms that the treat is an Anchorman 2 teaser.
“Just got out of a screening of The Dictator. There is an Anchorman 2 teaser attached featuring the Channel 4 news team (minus Veronica) stating how excited they are to return… a concept that Brick seems to have a hard time with. Also, not sure if it was an official title or more of a slogan but the screen title read Anchorman: The Legend Continues followed by ’2013′”
When you consider that the first one was called Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, it’s pretty easy to see that that could be the title of the sequel.
The film is still over a year away from release. Again, there’s no script and it’s supposed to come out anytime from December 2013 to February 2014. The only people confirmed to be back are the main four characters, played by Will Ferrell, Steve Carrell, Paul Rudd and David Koechner. [Collider]
