It’s been 10 years since Men in Black 2. And let me tell you, the years have not been kind to Men in Black 3. The film has undergone a ton of rewrites on its script and has gone through a bundle of writers. We got a teaser trailer a while ago, and now we have a full length trailer.

And it looks like a family film that’s ultimately broad. It’s kinda like that new Mummy movie that came out. It’s just big and goofy. Sure, the first two films were great 10 years ago, but things have changed and now Men in Black 3 is just a family-friendly film.

So what’s Men in Black 3 about? Will Smith finds out his partner, Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones), is dead. And has been dead for 40 years. So he has to go back in time to save him, but he only has 24 hours or he’s stuck in the past. He finds young Agent K (Josh Brolin). He needs young K’s help because back in his time there are aliens beginning to invade and take over the world. Phew. Can you tell that the film went through a whole bunch of writers?

Oh, you also get a look at Bill Hader at Andy Warhol, who turns out to be a Men in Black agent too. Will Smith is loving all this though, saying that getting back into character 10 years later is like riding “a pretty black bike” and that this film will be the best of the three and will go down into cinematic history.
