The KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE Trailer Introduces The Cowboy-Like Statesman
Hoo boy

Kingsman: The Secret Service is one of my favorite movies of the past couple years. Not only is it a wonderfully fresh spy movie playing with the idea of spy movies, it’s a good story about class in the United Kingdom. Plus, Matthew Vaughn is an excellent filmmaker and that church scene will forever bring me glee.

So I’m pretty pumped for The Golden Circle, the sequel to Kingsman and Vaughn’s first sequel ever. We don’t get much in this new trailer, other than some glimpses at crazy action sequences. The most interesting thing is the introduction of the Cowboy-like Statesman, the Kingsman group in America. I mean, of course they’re cowboys with shotguns and ropes.

I’m anxious to see how their system works, since we know many of the Kingsman systems are inspired by the old medieval times stuff, like knights and King Arthur and all that. I can’t wait to find out where the Statesman take their inspiration. Old westerns? Ooh no, the old western tales of gangsters and shootouts! Yes!

Oh, and Colin Firth is officially back. Though we have no clue how the hell he’s back.
