There’s a movie in the works called Making of Psycho. Now, this isn’t a documentary. It’s a real movie about the production of one of the most famous horror films of all time.

Anthony Hopkins plays Alfred Hitchcock (Hello, Academy Award nomination) and Helen Mirren plays his wife Alma. Scarlett Johansson has just been cast to play Janet Leigh, who was murdered in that famous shower scene.

In case this got you excited, do realize that she may be doused in chocolate in the scene as well. After all, in the original they used chocolate syrup to act as the blood (most tasty death ever). It’s based on a book of the same name, which chronicled the film from pre-production to production to it’s popular reception. And it’s bound to catch the attention of the Oscars.
