By now you’ve no doubt heard about NBC’s Hannibal. It’s a prequel to classic film The Silence of the Lambs that follows around FBI Agent Will Graham.

Now Lifetime wants to jump into the action, except that they – being Lifetime – want to follow around FBI Agent Clarice Sterling, played by Jodie Foster in the film, before the events of Silent of the Lambs.

The show will follow her as soon as she graduates from the FBI academy and probably as she goes from green rookie to somewhat of a veteran. But wait, the synopsis for Silence of the Lambs calls Sterling a young FBI cadet.
