Here’s your first look at a villainess in Man of Steel as well as Superman without his red underpants
DC is revamping its comic book heroes. They’re resetting and giving a lot of them a more, uh, modern look.
For instance, Superman has no red underpants. It now looks like in Zach Snyder’s Man of Steel, Superman will not have red underpants. Weird? At first. But it quickly becomes a change I never thought I’d love, but do.
He looks more modern, and realistic. I mean really, who would actually wear red underpants over their long pants? No one. Especially not a super person.
We also get a look at Faora, Superman’s Kryptonian nemesis in Man of Steel. She is played by Antje Traue.
Man of Steel doesn’t hit till June 2013, so there’s still plenty of leaks left. Hopefully not the amount we saw with The Dark Knight Rises, however. [Facebook via Ain't It Cool]
