Dailies 5/29/12: Christian Bale, Wes Anderson’s Men in Black 3 and more

The countdown is on. Just over a month until Chris Nolan’s final Batman film. It marks the last time Christian Bale will play Batman, and he’s going to miss that sweaty suit.

Another big budget movie just came out, Men in Black 3. It did well, but what would it look like if Wes Anderson directed it? Lucky for us, the Internet has solved that problem.

The Internet also opens up and gives us 8 minutes of bloopers from The Muppets. It’s adorable. And for the record – once again – Jason Segel is quite awesome.

Something else awesome? How about the NFL giving players the opportunity to find a life after football? Their latest endeavor is teaching superstars how to make a movie. St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson as a film producer? Could happen.

Also could happen: a Lifetime TV show about Clarice from Silence of the Lambs. It’s going to be about her as a green FBI agent, except that in the movie she already is a green FBI agent. Wait, what?

And here’s Andre 3000 as Jimi Hendrix. In a movie that may not have any Hendrix music… even though it’s a biopic about Hendrix. Sigh.
