Hey look, James Franco in Disney’s Oz movie.

Jeez, there were a lot of trailers today. I mean, we got the very interesting The Prototype, about a doctor trying to evolve humanity into machines.

And then there’s Taken 2. Liam Neeson. I don’t have to say anything else.

Oh, there was also the Dredd trailer, which looks better than I expected.

Keira Knightley is in another period flick where she cheats on her husband too!

There’s a Danish film called Klown that’s apparently supposed to be funny. I’m hearing Curb Your Enthusiasm meets The Hangover.

And finally, some interesting news: the writers of Rise of the Planet of the Apes will be writing Jurassic Park 4. Yay!

Gary Oldman went out and told basketball players to stay out of movies. Because really, actors don’t go around trying to get added to pro sports teams.

Actors do get paid a lot. Kristen Stewart has nabbed about $35 million over the past year and was the highest paid actress in Hollywood. Yowza.

V/H/S looks gorgeous in a different kind of way. In the way that it kind of scares you with something a bit different.

This is also pretty creepy: the test footage of Alien. 

The new teaser for The Master is pretty captivating. And that score, it’s like a damn metronome.

Of course, nothing beats a new Dark Knight Rises trailer. OK, I’m being a bit fanboyish there, but it’s almost true. Almost.

The more interesting thing is that Linkin Park has a music video for Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter? GET IT!? Because they’re both Lincoln.

Oh, and Channing Tatum’s old stripper pals are saying he stole their stories. Or he just used stories he heard and told them to a screenwriter who turned it into a movie. Not like Tatum is Aaron Sorkin.

Or Woody Allen, who was wished happy brother-in-law day by his son on Father’s Day. Seriously.

The AFI Top 100 movies are must watches for everyone. They’re now posted on this bathroom stall.

This new 50 Cent and Bruce Willis movie is definitely not going to be on that list. Ever.

The Dark Knight Rises could be on that list. Well, probably not, but Chris Nolan and Warner Bros want you to make a TV commercial for the movie.

Nolan also hired best buddy Hans Zimmer to do the music for Man of Steel. Yay!

The Twilight films aren’t for everyone, but if they are this first look at Edward and Bella’s daughter will excite you – guaranteed.

And then there’s TMZ having no clue who Terrence Malick is (not many do).

It’s not your fault if you forgot about Jonathan Lipnicki, that cute kid from Jerry Maguire. He’s trying to turn into an actor now, so he sought some advice from Tom Cruise.

Another huge star, Will Smith, has finally explained why the hell he isn’t doing Django Unchained. Basically, he ran out of time.

Fox must have run out of time to push the A Good Day to Die Hard poster, they didn’t even go through the trouble of making a new one – they just reused Live Free or Die Hard.

And Disney might be troubled here: The Lone Ranger is over budget, behind schedule and apparently looks pretty good. 

If you ever had hope for a movie about Isaac Newton it’s about to be shattered, Rob Cohen wants to make an action movie for Mr. Newton.

Oh, and Danny Boyle has 70 sheep during his opening ceremony for London 2012. It’s that kind of day for him, I guess.

A day when the director of an Italian mob film that was praised for its authenticity is accused of … paying off the Italian mob.

It’s not all crazyness though, Gene Wilder’s letter to Willy Wonka director Mel Stuart about the costume is amazingly charming.

And then how could you not smile at a guy who turned a Jurassic Park reenactment into a wedding proposal for his girlfriend? You can’t.

And then you can compare your findings to that of James Franco’s, who thinks everyone in the movie is a dick (they kinda are).

That’s not the sound that Tonka Trunks made, but you’ll hear plenty of them in Sony Animation’s upcoming Tonka Trucks animated movie, which has started development.

Disney’s animated property Cars has been turned into a theme park attraction, and if this Cars Land video is any indication it’s going to be awesome.

One of the other big science fiction movies coming out in the future is Pacific Rim by Guillermo del Toro, we have a first look, along with his version of Pinocchio and both are looking awesome.

This is awesome: Loki (Tom Hiddleston) impersonating Samuel L. Jackson, Owen Wilson and a velociraptor. Yeah, a raptor.

He might not be able to impersonate Kevin Durant, but why would he want to? Oh, there is his new movie Thunderstruck, which is basically Like Mike mixed with Space Jam.

Warner Bros. must have been watching Space Jam when they decided to pursue a Guinness Book of World Records movie. Ugh.

This is not ugh. One of the more promising young directors out there, Cary Fukunaga, is going to direct a two-part It movie, based on Stephen King’s famous work of course.

That won’t make this girl happy. She couldn’t stay in Disney’s Animal Kingdom because she was dressed as Tinkerbell.
