This new LEGO movie has me pretty damn excited. Let me quickly recap why: it’s about the LEGO Universe and it’s directed by Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.

Now, Variety is reporting that both Batman and Superman will be appearing in the film. Batman will be voiced by Will Arnett and Superman will be voiced by Channing Tatum. Yes, you’re actually going to see LEGO Batman and LEGO Superman together on the big screen. This is an easy add because Warner Bros. owns DC and Superman and Batman are both DC superheroes. So duh, why not? Who else would you like to see in the film? I’m rooting for LEGO Harry Potter teaming up with Batman. [Variety via IGN]
